Each panel measures 39.4 x 118.1 inches (100 x 300 cm) and 3.5 mm thin, with custom sizes available. Made in Italy and sold by inquiry through MaestroBath.

The Design

Corteccia d'Oro means golden bark, and the surface lives up to the name. Gold foil is broken up by fine vertical striations, mottled shadows and darker oxidized patches, like gilded wood or old gold leaf worn by time. The effect is warmer and more organic than a flat metallic. As porcelain stoneware with a metal-foil surface, it can cover large walls, and the images also show it wrapping bar counters and kitchen islands.

The Color: Original

The Original colorway combines bright amber gold with bronze, honey and deep brown patina, with natural-looking variation across the surface.
