Return Policy
In case customer is not satisfied with the purchased product for any reason, as long as no installation attempts were made, original packaging is retained, and ordered models do not have a custom size or finish, and items are in their original received condition; customer can simply return it to us within 21 days for full refund. Prior to sending back the items, please email return@maestrobath.com or call us at 1-800-350-1120 to initiate the return and obtain an RMA.
Murano Glass, Porcelain Tiles and customized orders are excluded from Return Policy.
Exchange / Credit Policy

Lead Times
In case your order is placed online, your order will be shipped within 1 business day. For over the phone/email orders, lead times will be communicated via phone/email.
Free Shipping
In case your order is placed online, MaestroBath Offers Free Shipping (excludes bathtubs, mirrors and bathroom vanities) to all US states except Hawaii and Alaska. For over the phone/email orders, shipping estimates will be communicated via phone/email.
Free Return Label
Only if your order is placed on MaestroBath.com website (without a representative support), then you are eligible for Free Return on purchased sinks, faucets, or accessories (applies to All US States except Hawaii and Alaska). Prior to sending back the items, please email return@maestrobath.com or call us at 1-800-350-1120 to initiate the return and obtain an RMA.
Cancellation Fee
In case of an order cancellation following payment receipt, and prior to order getting shipped, 50% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund.
Murano Glass, Porcelain Tiles and customized orders are excluded from Cancellation Policy.
Free In-Home-Trial Policy
In addition to free shipping and free return, MaestroBath offers a free In-Home-Trial program where customers will not be charged for their order until they receive the product and confirm that they plan to keep it. Please note not all products qualify for the Free In-Home-Trial program, and Products that are reviewed and ordered through Free-In-Home-Trial will be excluded from MaestroBath return policy as clients already reviewed them in person prior to making purchase commitments.
International Sales
MaestroBath services almost all international countries. International orders can be placed either on our website or via email/phone sale@maestrobath.com / 1-800-350-1120. MaestroBath guarantees international orders safe delivery, and covers portion of the shipping charges.
Import Custom and duty taxes are not included for international orders and its clients' responsibilities.
Shipping Incidents
MaestroBath team professionally packs and insures all outgoing products. In the very unlikely case of product damages during shipment, we provide our clients with a replacement unit for free. Any potential damage must be reported to us within 7 days of order delivery date to qualify for the free replacement. In case there are obvious signs of damage on the shipping box, customer must refuse the shipment.
Inspection / Certification
MaestroBath technical team will fully support our client's contractors / builders by providing detailed specification sheets and diagrams for all sold products; and by answering any open questions pertaining to our products installation. However, due to our products being made in Italy / Spain and wide range of rules that varies across different cities, we are unable to guarantee that our products will pass inspections, or we cannot provide any specific certification. Therefore, if necessary clients will be fully responsible for install and removal costs of our products in case products do not pass inspection.
Defective Products
Pre-Installation MaestroBath offers a free replacement of the defective unit. Any potential damage / flaw must be reported to us within 7 days of order delivery date to qualify for the free replacements. Please note damages caused by installation error, misuse, or abuse are not covered. MaestroBath reserves the right to determine the potential cause of the damage/defection.
Post-Installation MaestroBath warranty program will cover a free replacement of unit or its defective parts. Please note damages caused by installation error, misuse, or abuse are not covered by the warranty. MaestroBath reserves the right to determine the potential cause of the damage/defection. Reinstallation or Removal charges are not covered by MaestroBath.
Warranty
MaestroBath provides a comprehensive 3-year manufacturing warranty for all products, ensuring coverage against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty requires that the product be installed and maintained according to MaestroBath's guidelines. Exclusions to this warranty include damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents. Additionally, modifications, improper installation, or use of non-MaestroBath components void this warranty (bathroom sinks warranty will be voided if matching bathroom drains are not purchased from MaestroBath). It is important to note that this warranty is only valid for clients who purchase directly from MaestroBath or authorized dealers. Purchases made through third-party distributors are not covered under this warranty. While MaestroBath ensures the quality and longevity of its products, please be aware that this warranty does not extend to the costs associated with the removal or reinstallation of the product. This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty. No employee, agent, dealer, or other person is authorized to alter this warranty or make any other warranty on behalf of MaestroBath.
