Refund policy

In case customer is not satisfied with the purchased product for any reason, as long as no installation attempts were made, original packaging is retained, and ordered models do not have a custom size or finish, and items are in their original received condition; customer can simply return it to us within 21 days for full refund. Prior to sending back the items, please email sale@maestrobath.com or call us at 1-800-350-1120 to initiate the return and obtain an RMA.
