The Prestigio Collection
Prestigio is MaestroBath's most decorative line, and the one where the
material does the talking. Where our modern collections work in lacquer and lead-free brass,
Prestigio works in crystal, Murano glass, gold leaf and semi precious stone. These are the
pieces we take to the show floor, and they are made in the smallest numbers of anything we
produce.
What is in the line

Bathroom faucets. The Moda family, in a modern basin faucet and a
matching bath filler, with Swarovski crystal versions of both. Also the IKON vessel sink
faucet and a crystal 3 hole faucet.

Vessel sinks. The De Medici Ice oval transparent crystal basin, one
of the few genuinely transparent sinks made anywhere.

Bathroom vanities. Crystal and crystal glass wall mount cabinets,
including bodies covered in Murano glass.

Bathtubs. The Sophia freestanding bathtub in black and gold.

Pedestal sinks and shower. Including the Calla Lily pedestal sink.
Crystal, Murano glass and gold
The materials in this line are the reason it exists. Murano glass is still made by hand
on the island of Murano, and a vanity body covered in it is a piece of furniture that cannot
be reproduced industrially. Cut crystal is set into lead-free brass rather than glued to a
shell. Gold leaf is applied by hand, which is why the surface varies across a single piece
and why two examples of the same design are never identical.
Made to order
Most of the Prestigio collection is produced against an order rather than held in stock,
and lead times reflect the fact that these pieces are made by hand in Italy. If a finish you
want is not listed against a design, contact us. On this line in particular the answer is
often yes.
