These are blown, not cast. A single glassblower works each basin on the pipe, which is why the wall thickness varies slightly across the bowl and why the color pools where the glass was thickest. Two sinks from the same order will not match exactly, and that is the reason to buy one.
The technique is centuries old and the tolerances are human. Expect small bubbles, a faint spiral where the piece was turned, and color that shifts from the rim to the base. Nothing here is printed, filmed or coated.
