Contemporary Bathroom Faucets, Italian Design in Fifteen Signature Pieces
Our contemporary bathroom faucets are the pieces that sit between strict modernism and decoration: clean geometry, but a considered detail somewhere on every one. Fifteen designs from the Prestigio, Inlinea and Exclusiva lines, all designed and handmade in Italy, priced from 895 dollars to 3,295 dollars.
The IKON, OTTO and CIRCO Families
IKON is the anchor and comes in three configurations: a single hole vessel sink faucet, a three hole widespread set and a wall mount, so an entire bathroom can be specified from one profile. It is also our most reviewed faucet. OTTO brings a squared, architectural body in brushed gun metal, polished gold, black and silver and black and gold. CIRCO is a two hole design in polished chrome for a more restrained installation.
Preziosa and the Stone Handle
Five of the fifteen are Preziosa, which replaces the handle with a cut semiprecious stone: tiger eye, mother of pearl in white or grey, lapis lazuli, malachite or amethyst. It is offered as a three hole set and as a wall mount, in polished gold, brushed gold, polished chrome and chrome. Because the stone is natural, each piece is slightly different from the next.
Finishes That Match Existing Hardware
This collection carries polished gold and polished chrome on eight designs each, plus brushed gold, black, polished nickel, brushed nickel, rose gold, white and tobacco. That range is deliberate: contemporary bathrooms are rarely all one metal, and a faucet has to answer to the shower trim and the door hardware already in the room.
Configuration Before Finish
Seven of these are three hole widespread sets, three are wall mounted and the rest are single hole. Decide the configuration first, because it is fixed by the vanity top drilling and the rough in behind the wall. Finish is the easy decision and can be made last.
Every faucet in this collection is made in Italy and covered by the MaestroBath warranty. Browse the full range above, or contact us for trade pricing and lead times if you are specifying for a project.
