Gold Shower Systems

A shower is the one place in the bathroom where the metal is unavoidable. It is at eye level, it is wet, and it is the last thing you look at before you leave the room. Gold is the finish that makes that a feature rather than a fitting.

Everything here is available across the whole system, so the ceiling head, the diverter plate, the hand shower and the body sprays all match. That matters more in a shower than anywhere else, because mismatched metals are impossible to hide behind a towel or a soap dish.

Polished gold reflects the tile and reads as jewelry. Brushed gold carries a grain that scatters the light and hides water marks, which is worth thinking about in the one room where every surface gets wet daily. Both go over solid brass and are finished in Italy.

If you are building a complete system, order the diverter first and work outward, since the number of ways it controls decides what else can go on the wall.
