Accidental damage support (eligible incidents)
Homes are lived in. MaestroCare™ may cover certain eligible accidental damage incidents where included for your product type and as defined in the MaestroCare™ Terms. This is intentionally defined and limited, because accidental damage coverage varies widely by category across the market.
Important: Accidental damage is not blanket coverage. Eligibility, limits, and exclusions apply. See Terms for definitions and product eligibility.
Replacement policy that respects real inventory
If a covered claim qualifies for replacement, MaestroBath will attempt to provide the same product, finish, and configuration when available. If the original item is no longer available, MaestroBath may offer a comparable or equivalent replacement option (as defined in Terms).

Identical replacement is subject to current stock availability at the time of claim approval. -

If discontinued or unavailable, a comparable replacement or reimbursement/payment may apply (per Terms). -
Replacement window

Shipping & customer responsibilities
Premium installations involve unique site conditions and professional trades. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the MaestroCare™ Terms, the customer is responsible for project logistics and related costs, including:
- Site access, scheduling, and trade coordination
- Removal/disposal of existing product (where applicable)
- Installation/reinstallation labor, permits, and code compliance
- Shipping, handling, and delivery fees unless explicitly covered in Terms
Why this matters: Major manufacturer warranties often exclude labor, removal, reinstallation, and related project costs. MaestroCare™ states responsibilities clearly upfront.
Included 2-Year Limited Warranty vs. MaestroCare™
Every eligible MaestroBath product includes a 2-Year Limited Warranty. MaestroCare™ Protection is an optional upgrade that extends protection duration and provides a plan-based resolution pathway.
