Replacement policy that respects real inventory

If a covered claim qualifies for replacement, MaestroBath will attempt to provide the same product, finish, and configuration when available. If the original item is no longer available, MaestroBath may offer a comparable or equivalent replacement option (as defined in Terms).

  • Stock availability
    Identical replacement is subject to current stock availability at the time of claim approval.
  • Comparable replacement
    If discontinued or unavailable, a comparable replacement or reimbursement/payment may apply (per Terms).
  • Replacement Window up to 16 weeks
    Approved replacement options must be accepted within 16 weeks, subject to the MaestroCare™ Terms.

Resolution may include repair, replacement, or reimbursement/payment up to the eligible limit, subject to the MaestroCare™ Terms.
