POLI Crystal Door Knob | Black/Chrome

Lavish and splendidly striking, the Poli crystal door knob is a sculptural masterpiece majestically formed into an elegant work of art.

Made out of luxurious crystal based material enhanced with its actual color, this modern door knob comes in a set of two and is available in designer inspired colors: Black/Chrome and Clear/Chrome.

This door knob is perfect and pristine, like a block of ice that has been slowly chipped away to reveal its true beauty.

This luxury makes an intense statement all on its own, and though it will complement a contemporary style best, it will also enhance a traditional design setting. It is made out of luxurious crystal based material and solid brass.

This luxury knob represents the fashion of luxury synonymous with sophistication in any room. These products are mouth blown and beveled by hand. The crystal knob is unique, making it suitable for most luxury design applications.

Door Specifications:

Door Type: Our door hardware and lock systems are intended for interior doors. They can also be used on exterior doors, however, exterior locks/deadbolts will need to be provided by another manufacturer.

Door Condition: Our door hardware is intended for pre-bored or non pre-bored doors. The standard bore hole for our Italian hardware is 1 ⅞”, which is fine for a solid door. If you have a pre-bored door with the standard size of 2 ⅛”, please ask for the adaptor sleeve when ordering so the adaptor will fill the 2 ⅛” hole.

Backset: The backset is the distance from the leading edge of the door to the center of the bore hole for the door knob/lever. We offer the standard US backset of 2 ⅜”. A 2 ¾” backset is not available at this time.

Types of Knob/Lock Sets:

Half Dummy: This is a single knob/lever surface mounted to an unlockable door and is used to push/pull a door, such as a closet, that doesn’t need a knob/lever on the interior. These are typically used with a ball catch at the top of the door. No latch or interior mechanism is included.

Full Dummy: This functions the same as a Half Dummy but includes a knob/lever on both sides that is connected through the center of the door. This is typically used for french doors in interior hallways or separating living spaces. A push/pull mechanism only, no latch or lock is included

Passage: This is a functioning but not locking set of knobs/levers mounted to doors such as walk-in closets or pantries. A standard tubular latch is included.

Push-pin Privacy: This lockset is typically used in bedrooms and bathrooms. A push-pin on the interior side of the door engages the privacy lock. The lock does not release automatically when the interior knob/lever is turned; the push-pin must be released manually from the inside. An emergency egress hole on the exterior allows the door to be unlocked from the outside in an emergency.

Thumb-turn Privacy: Also called “Mortise bolt privacy”. This lockset has 2 latches, a passage for the main knob/lever with an additional latch above or below with a thumbturn lock.
